"I was there for the Indy 500. The hotel is about 2.5 miles away or so to the track. There's a target across the street. The owner was really a fun guy to talk to very friendly! He was very accommodating and was right there for any need and very knowledgeable of the area. The room was nice, I had a queen bed with a couch and a coffee table also had a microwave, coffee maker, and a refrigerator. The bathroom was nice and clean. It was really quiet and the bed was pretty comfy. I will stay there...

"The desk manager was great. He called when we hadn’t checked in by 10:00 to confirm we were still coming and provided food recommendations. The room was clean, beds comfortable. Stayed here on parents weekend and while rates were high for this property, they did not jack up the rates nearly as much as many others. An older family owned place, good choice for an economy motel only 3 miles from campus. "

Old, Dingy, peeing paint, the plugs didn't work, it had a broke down full size fridge, and a microwave on the top of it with a cord that didn't reach a plug that wouldn't have worked anyway.
