"Terrible...I waited at the lobby for over an hour and could not check in. Spoke to someone over their desk phone who said they would be there in 5 mins and never showed up. The in and out traffic looked like a trap house for lack of a better phrase. Worst booking ever!!! Paid for 8 days and never got to check in, and still got charged!"
