Migliorabile con poco
La terrazza è davvero spettacolare, si gode di un ottimo panorama sia verso la collina che il mare, l'appartamento è piccolino ma ben fornito di stoviglie, piatti, ecc... Unica pecca, la mancanza di buio in camera da letto, facilmente risolvibile con un oscurante sulla finestra e una tenda scura in corrispondenza di una porta chiusa non utilizzabile. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti negozi, ristoranti, supermercati. Grande disponibilità dell'host, il Sig. Mauro. Lo consiglio

Alles wie beschrieben und alles super!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Penthouse sehr genossen! Alles war wie beschrieben und unserem Hund hat es ebenfalls sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung könnte größer sein und das fehlende Zimmer (Wintergarten) macht sich bemerkbar. Der große Balkon aber ist phänomenal! Da kann man selbst als Familie ein stilles Örtchen finden und trotzdem den super Ausblick auf die Berge und auf das Meer genießen. Viele Grüße noch an Mauro, er war sehr freundlich und per WhatsApp jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit!

Nel complesso niente male
Gentilissimo e disponibilissimo il contatto in loco, Sig. Mauro. Appartamento un po' limitato negli spazi, soprattutto zona cucina, peraltro ben fornita. Piccola pecca: la pressione scarsa dell'acqua soprattutto in doccia, e i pochi kilowatt dell'impianto elettrico (vietato usare climatizzatore e qualsiasi altro elettrodomestico in contemporanea!). Grossa pecca: la camera da letto illuminata a giorno a partire dall'alba, a causa di una finestra bassa e lunga insensata e non oscurabile e una porta a vetro chiusa che separa la camera da un'altra stanza inaccessibile, dalla quale entra una gran quantità di luce: anche ingegnandosi a oscurare con teli la finestra e la porta, entra lo stesso un sacco di luce. A parte i disturbi del sonno, nel complesso mi sono trovato abbastanza bene, la posizione è ottima e la vista dal terrazzo bellissima. Sconsiglio solo a chi ha il sonno leggero!

"Siamo stati una settiman...
"Siamo stati una settimana in questo attico a dir poco "stupendo", con una terrazza enorme con panorama mozzafiato sia sul mare che sui monti...tramonti e albe da "quadro"!!L''appartamento è pulito, ordinato...la camera da letto ha un ottimo impianto di condizionamento e si dorme benissimo!! I figli hanno dormito su un comodissimo divano letto e si sono divertiti molto!! Le colazioni e le cene sul terrazzo "indimenticabile... la palazzina è molto carina, rosa e seminuova.. In casa non manca nulla, c''è tutto !!Il luogo è tranquillo e vicino alla più frenetica notturna Alba Adriatica ...il mare a due passi con la spiaggia di sabbia fine... ottimo prezzo su sdraio e ombrelloni!! Posto auto coperto sotto casa! I proprietari sono stati molto ospitali e gentili, disponibili per qualsiasi problema!!Bellissimi i vasti campi di pannocchie davanti casa !!Veramente una bella vacanza!! Un bellissimo attico e una terrazza che porteremo sempre nel cuore!!!"

"Il terrazzo è davvero be...
"Il terrazzo è davvero bello con una splendida vista sulle colline abruzzesi mentre la vista mare è poco godibile perché distante dalla porta finestra tramite la quale vi si accede. La camera da letto soffre per via di un gabbiotto confinante con la stanza( chiuso a chiave) costruito sul terrazzo che lascia entrare la luce del sole già all’alba e non è oscurabile. Non ha finestra ma una finestrella proprio sopra al letto. Dalla strada sale una puzza fastidiosa ( nonostante il 3° piano) per via della frequenza assolutamente insufficiente con cui vengono ritirati i rifiuti il cui deposito è proprio sotto la casa. Il problema vero però è il via vai di "signorine" che alloggiano nel condominio e che vi accompagnano uomini già a partire dalle 9.00 del mattino e fino a tarda sera. Questo movimento ha comportato nelle 3 settimane di nostra permanenza una irruzione in un appartamento (sul nostro stesso piano)da parte di 3 uomini che poi se ne sono andati correndo tra le grida di una di queste signorine e in un altro momento della presenza sulle scale di Carabinieri con le mitragliette spianate. Polizia e Carabinieri si alternano nei passaggi di controllo in questa strada senza uscita. Situazione quindi imbarazzante quando abbiamo ricevuto degli amici e pericolosa perché non sai mai cosa possa accadere mentre prendi le scale. Non è certo colpa dei proprietari di questo appartamento in affitto ma per tutto quanto sopra il prezzo di locazione dovrebbe essere la metà e comunque non ci tornerei. Il problema infatti sembra essere,a detta degli altri condomini, decennale. "

"Appartamento accogliente...
"Appartamento accogliente in ottima posizione per una vacanza tranquilla e riposante. A due passi dal mare (possibilità sia di spiaggia libera che a pagamento degli hotel a prezzi modici). Ottima la terrazza per pranzi e cene ed anche per prendere il sole. Vicino al centro (dieci minuti a piedi) ma fuori dal caos, vicinissimo anche ad Alba Adriatica. Comodo anche per la spesa (iper a 10 minuti di auto o supermercatini vari raggiungibili a piedi) "
