Loft just built about 350 meters from the sea, located on the ground floor of a residential building with separate entrance. Free parking on a square in front of it.
The Loft has a living room with sofa bed + flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine lavazza, dishwasher. 1 double bedroom and mezzanine with 3 single beds (total 6).
Equipped with air conditioning, safe, electric shutters and also a laundry with tub, washing machine and dryer. Armored door.
The entire loft has a latest generation of LED lighting with the possibility to select the intensity of light in the living area for better comfort.
