This spacious vacation home with a large garden offers plenty of space and variety for a cozy family vacation or a vacation with friends. Relax on the large covered terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful Italian weather all day long. Here you can have breakfast in the morning or end the day with a glass of wine. An outdoor kitchen with a barbecue for cozy barbecue evenings is at your disposal. Variety is provided for. There is a billiards room, fitness equipment and sports activities for young and old. The large private garden is completely fenced.

The nearest sandy beach is only 2 km away. Restaurants and shopping are even closer to the house. The historic Teramo is less than 40 minutes away. Visit the beautiful medieval cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta here.
