"Basic hotel but no issues apart from the stairwells and staircase to the car park being inhabited by homeless and stinking if smoke etc… my wife in particular found this very intimidating and wouldn’t go to car park alone. This clearly needs addressing by the hotel. "

"Comfortable, spacious, and welcoming. Close to the cathedral and walkable from both the train station and to the centre of town. Of note, the service at the front desk was exceptional. Friendly and helpful (even with the odd request of helping fix a gift bag that had come unstuck, helping with access to the room slightly early, and in knowledgeable advice and recommendations for the area. The cafe opposite is also recommended by a friend who lives near Amiens, and the florist along the road...
