"The only positive about this hostel is that the staff were pleasant and the email communicaiton was clear. Other than that, this place is a dump in need of major upgrade. The common area couches and seats were dingy, sagging and really tired. The bathroom and toilets left a lot to be desired. When I booked this "hotel", I was informed that I had one twin bunk bed. "I only stayed here for one night, which I was pretty pleased with... The staff were lovely and helpful, especially with storing our luggage for a few days in advance so we wouldn't have to carry it during our short Montevideo trip! The reception area is really cool and stylish, would've been nice to have more time to hang out there! The place is on a busy corner downtown, so you can hear everything from the rooms but not from the reception area. Great if you want nice urban views, not great...
