Villa in the Heart of Valle D'itria With Pool and Stunning Views

Casa L'Olivieto is a comfortable spacious villa in the heart of the Itrian valley. It has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 5 people along with a sofa bed in the living room. It has a lovely large private pool, with plenty of outdoor space and a built in barbecue for those warm summer evenings. There is plenty of land on and around the property, with the most stunning views of the area. The property is set away from a main road and so it is ideal for some peace and tranquility. It is located 5km to Martina Franca and to Locorontondo. Both with plenty of great bars, restaurants and historic buildings to visit. It is a good base to visit all of the areas on Puglia including the beaches on the Atlantic and Ionian side.

A wonderful property in an idyllic location
We had the most wonderful two weeks, the house had everything we wished for and more. It is beautifully maintained, and the pool is just wonderul for those hot sunny days. We loved being able to explore the local area without travelling far at all. Will be recommending to all our friends and family.

Great time in Puglia
House was excellent and meet our expectations. Very nice and large pool with some umbrella on the side. The house is nice, perfect for a family of 5/6 people. The house remains fresh in the summer. Very well located in the Puglia.

Fantastic stay
We stayed at Casa Oliveto for 10 days in August and had the most fantastic time. The house is very well appointed, comfortable and secure and perfect for our needs. The pool and surrounding area is gorgeous and so nice to be amongst the olive groves. It was a great base to explore the area which is stunning. The towns Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Alberobello, Cisternino, And Ostuni all equally beautiful but each also has its own character. We also drove down the coast to the city of Lecce which was well worth the trip. We discovered some lovely beaches too. Overall an amazing experience and we will be visiting Puglia again. Thank you to Vicky and all at Puglia Pools for making things so easy.

Sejour en famille
Séjour de 15 jours en juillet 2024, agréable malgré quelques inconvénients. 4 adultes et 2 enfants de 9 et 12 ans Points positifs : propriétaire réactive, maison bien située à proximité des plages (30 min pour les plus proches),1h00 des principales villes touristiques, 12 min du village de trullis et des petits commerces. Belle piscine, une personne passe la nettoyer une fois par semaine Environnement calme La maison est equipée de la climatisation Les draps et serviettes ont été changés au bout d'une semaine. Table et salon d'exterieur Points négatifs pour une famille avec enfants : parasol de la piscine inutilisable car au moindre petit coup de vent il risquait de casser devait resté fermé. Il a d'ailleurs été réparé mais nous avons cessé de l'ouvrir car le vent soufflait tous les jours. La piscine manquait donc de coins d'ombre. Des ballons ont été déposés suite à notre demande pour que les enfants puissent jouer. 2 jours sans internet et des coupures régulières du reseau internet. Nous ne captions pas de reseau 4G dans la maison. Il fallait aller à l'extérieur. Pas de parasol pour les sorties à la plage, ni de glacière ce qui aurait été pratique. On nous a conseillé d'en acheter sur place mais nous venions de France par avion ce qui était compliqué, nous n'allions pas repartir avec ces équipements. 30€ en moyenne le parasol + transat sur les plages. Côté cuisine, la vaisselle (casseroles, fait-tout...) est un peu juste pour 6 personnes Beaucoup de mous

J ai passé une semaine extraordinaire dans la maison de Vicky dans la campagne des Pouilles. C était génial, belle maison confortable et décorée avec beaucoup de bon goût. La piscine était magnifique

Agréable sejour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cette belle villa bénéficiant de toutes les commodités. La villa est entourée d'oliviers avec une grande belle piscine. Endroit très calme et bien situé pour accéder facilement aux plages (30mn), aux sites touristiques et aux grandes villes. Bon échange avec l'hôte et très bon accueil à l'arrivée. Nous recommandons.
