The property is immersed in the heart of the Itria Valley, not far from the centers of Locorotondo, Alberobello, Martina Franca, Ostuni, Fasano and this strategic position will allow you to visit beyond the famous historical centers, the Castellana caves, the Safari zoo, the "White city" and swim in the splendid Adriatic Sea. The accommodation consists of two residential units, the trulli, typical buildings of the area, a large external stone square surrounded by a vineyard and ancient olive trees
Numerous centuries-old olive trees and a large vineyard frame this typical construction of the Itria Valley, characterized by whitewashed walls dominated by 12 cone-shaped roofs with a pinnacle on top.
Recently renovated, it houses two different comfortable and welcoming accommodations:
- the Trullo Sole, ideal for a couple with one / two children, composed as follows: a kitchenette with table and chairs, 1 living room with fireplace and TV, a double bedroom, a hallway with sofa bed which leads to the bathroom in common.
- the Trullo Luna, with a large open space living area with sofa bed, 2 armchairs, table and chairs, TV, heating, a small built-in kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one double and one two beds. In each room there is the possibility of adding a cot on request.
A large paved outdoor area in front of the trulli accompanied by an umbrella, table and chairs is ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. This area is in communion for the two trulli but separates from hedges to allow its own privacy.
The two structures can be rented both individually and in a single compendium.
