Ultimate Entertainment Lakefront Cabin w/ Theater & Game Room!

The Paddle Inn is a rustic lakefront cabin that has what every person in your group desires. The entertainment begins with a private theater with surround sound, that seats 13; which is perfect for movie night or sporting events! Pass through to the next room to enjoy a full game room including, billiards, shuffleboard table, foosball, arcade, and a big screen T.V. Want to enjoy the fresh air? Step right outside to relax in the hot tub, play ping pong, or corn hole on the bottom deck.

Take advantage of one of our 5 kayaks, or roll out the lily pad to have unforgettable fun in the water. Be sure to try your luck at catching brimm, catfish or bass right off the dock or utilize one of our fishing kayaks.

Wind down from your busy day with s'mores at the fire pit amongst the private woods. Be sure to plan to grill on either the gas grill located on the deck or the giant charcoal grill by the fire pit.

The main level wrap-around porch allows for sipping coffee on the front porch, enjoying a meal at the gas fire pit table, or sharing stories on the covered deck while watching the squirrels explore the forest.

Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher to prepare tasty lunches for family and friends. The living room is right off the kitchen just waiting to welcome you after a big meal. Make memories with the board games provided, or share your favorite T.V. show with the group.

Time for bed? The master bedroom features a king-size bed, workspace, full private bathroom, Roku T.V., and door to the deck. The top level has three bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom has a king bed with its own Roku T.V. The second room has a queen bed with Roku T.V. Finally, the kid's room has a bunk bed with a full-size base, twin on top, and twin trundle tucked away below. This room also has a Roku T.V. Shhh there are a couple of surprise mini closets for little ones to pretend in.

Martin, Georgia is perfect for getting away from it all. The nearest towns are Lavonia and Toccoa. Each are approximately 15 minutes away, and have a grocery store and multiple restaurants. Keowee Toxaway State Park and many hiking trails are within an hour of the property. A great place to spend the day in the summer is The Shores of Asbury. This is a floating water park 40 minutes away.

*Please note: The water depth at the dock averages 5' when the lake is full. V-hull or deep-bottom boats are not recommended at any time.

Christmas vacation
This place was awesome!!! Everything was great. Host were great! 14 people piled in here and had a great time. Only issue was the water was low but was not host or VRBO's fault! Would definitely do this again.

Great family getaway!
We wanted a quiet, wooded location for an eight person family getaway for Thanksgiving and this four bedroom cabin fit the bill perfectly! With four bedrooms and three levels and a well-equipped kitchen, it was awesome n. The hosts even bought a roasting pan and rack so we could roast a turkey. Highly recommended!

This cabin met and exceeded all of our expectations! It was clean, comfortable, had all the amenities you could want/need, the game & movie rooms were amazing. View of the lake was great and we were able to kayak a bit. It felt like home and always had hot water and working heater. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies. The owners were extremely responsive and very kind. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful cabin we will definitely be back!

Nice getaway!
We really enjoyed our stay here. All the extras and starters provided made for a nice touch and an enjoyable stay. We came with our family and several of our teens’ friends. Even though it rained quite a bit, the movie and game areas were a big hit! Wish it could have been a longer stay to enjoy the lake more. Great hosts.

Wonderful home!
Everything you could want in a vacation rental was provided as well as the property being super clean. We wished the location was a bit better as there isn’t much around except for the Chau Ram Park which was amazing. Overall we had a wonderful time!

Beautiful cabin home with great amenities!
Beautiful house with lots of activities for the family! Water level was pretty low and the dock area is super shallow and muddy. Other than this we enjoyed our week stay, the property manager was friendly and responsive, and the house is clean and well stocked!

Awesome getaway
We had a great week and enjoyed all the amenities. Kids loved the theater, game room, and hot tub. We all loved fishing on the lake and kayaking. There's even an otter den close to the dock. Owners communicated well and were available. Check in and out was a breeze. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely cabin! We had a great time!
We loved the layout of the cabin. Everything was well-stocked and prepared for our stay. The movie theater was such a fun and unique touch; the whole family loved it! The game room is perfect. Everyone had something yo do. The host was very responsive when we had a question. The kitchen had enough dishes for cooking and any prep we needed to do. The host was honest about the lack of water in the lake right now, but we had a great time in the house and exploring local trails/waterfalls. Thanks for an awesome time!

We enjoyed staying here so much! From adults to the children we were all entertained and had such a great time. The theater worked perfect for game while the game room kept the kids having fun. The lake was down but there was so much to do we had no issues enjoying our stay.

Great house!
We were traveling with another family for the High School Nationals Fishing Tournament on Lake Hartwell. The house was great with plenty of room. The boat slip was great and we used the outdoor activities daily. The only issue we ran into was not having enough parking because we had 3 trucks and 2 boats. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

Great space for extended families
We had a wonderful time with Grandma, adult siblings, and 2 grandkids (one in a wheelchair). The game room, hot tub, and theatre were amazing. We had fun going out on the kayaks with the kids. The incline heading down to the dock was difficult for Grandma (needed our help with her walker) but having the paved walkway made it possible. We wish we had rented a boat a second day, it was nice and not busy on the lake. The owners were very responsive and fixed an issue with the theatre as soon as they could. I would highly recommend staying here!!!

THE BEST HOST ON EARTH!
You will never find a better host than these folks! We have stayed with them twice!! They are so eager to be of service! You get treated like royalty when you stay at there properties! I 100% recommend this lake House. We loved EVERYTHING about it!

Well thought out, cozy and inviting.
This home had all we could need for a family vacation. The beds were very comfortable, the lay out worked and it was well stocked with things to keep kids of all ages entertained. The property felt safe, secluded and peaceful. We went when there was no water in the lake but my husband and son still went down and had a great time near the water. The firepit was a hit. Youth retreat
The house and amenities were wonderful; however, wasn’t told that the lake was almost nonexistent until a couple of days before our stay. We booked mainly because of water activities that were listed as available. If there had been water in the lake, it would have been perfect!
