There is one toilet and located within one of the bedrooms so guests in the other bedroom do not have access without going through the other bedroom. The bedroom without a toilet only has a shower. To enter the property you have to drive over a narrow, hazardous, wood plank bridge, difficult to do when a car is parked across the street. A dirty plunger was sitting on the bathroom shelf. There is mold growing on the edge of the kitchen...

"We enjoyed our stay in this home conveniently located to Aix and the other nearby villages. Unlike other vacation homes, this one is truly someone's residence, so it contained many personal effects down to the homeowner's own hair products. Given this, we had all of the necessary items to cook, do laundry, etc. The air conditioning was excellent and we had plenty of hot water for showers. "This is an excellent property to rent for 8-9 persons. A lot of space both inside the house as well as on the garden with big pool. The house is very clean, I liked the architecture and furniture of it. The house was cold inside altough there was hot (30 + degrees Celsius) outside. "Everything was great, the staff is amazing, so helpful and caring, they offer to keep your luggage before you ask (which is then stored in a secured room, for free). Kitchen in the room has every utensil you might need (I was really impressed). If needed you can work in the lobby, there are regular and USB plugs. Hotel is well located. Only thing to be aware if you're a light sleeper is that the vents on the windows cannot be closed so you do hear street noises as if the windows were slightly...
