"My husband, myself, our adult son, and 3 mother couples enjoyed a lovely vacation at Chalet Shiraz. Every couple had their own room with a king size bed (or 2 singles) and an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped to accommodate our large group and there was plenty of seating around the dining table as well as on the comfortable living room furniture. John was very helpful recommending restaurants and replying to messages quickly. The ski area was excellent for all abilities, with lovely restaurants to explore up the mountains. Thank you John."

"Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans ce magnifique chalet. Cependant, étant donné le prix que nous avons payé, je souhaite signaler quelques problèmes rencontrés.Tout d'abord, la porte d'entrée s'ouvre très difficilement en raison du gonflement du bois. De plus, la température de deux des douches est réglée sur une température très élevée, et il est impossible de la diminuer.Nous avons également constaté qu'il y a très peu de vaisselle disponible pour cuisiner et pour mettre la table....

"Enjoyed the stay. Close proximity to Ski lifts and can hit all 4 Valles. Suggested to host to have give more notice on the deposit and have more avenues/ways to give him the deposit. He only wanted cash and I didnt have time to get cash being that I left the U.S.A. on a Sunday and he advised me of the cash deposit THAT Sunday morning. No Cashapp or Zelle option either.Host is VERY nice and helpful. Thank you, Jean. Enjoyed it."

"The chalet/lodge is on the road from morzine to avoriaz just after the last hair pin bend, tucked in the loop of the bend.Parking for 2 cars just outside front door.The ski slope is just off the corner of the bend, with the slope leading down to the super morzine lift. But due to the snow conditions, we elected to drive 5 mins up the road towards Avoriaz to the free parking by the Seraussaix farm, under the lift with same name. Short ski down to the Proclou lift got us into avoriaz area. We...

"Our group of family and friends had a wonderful weekend in the mountains. This house was perfect for our group, with comfy beds and a nice, big gathering area. The hot tub was a hit with the kids. Our hosts were so accommodating and kind. We’d love to come back someday."

"Took this trip with my husband, in-laws, and their significant others for a total of 8. There was plenty of space and we all had privacy. The views from this chalet are absolutely in-your-face-stunning and I liked the proximity to nearby ski-town resorts like Sieve. The hot tub was clean and it was also great to have washer/dryer.
