"We were looking forward to our 3 nights stay at Lady Maria, but after first 24 hours an accumulation of things made it very mediocre. Any of these events on a stand-alone would not have bothered us, but put together they left an unpleasant feeling. When you arrive, it is not obvious which entrance will take you to reception, so you walk around with your luggage trying various doors, some locked. "Phenomenal hotel. Staff was so helpful and kind. We came to ski and found this to be a great hotel. Spa is super nice with beautiful amenities. Breakfast was great every morning. Short ski bus away from Skirama gondola. "
