Next room had broken air con so once again we had to ask to move. Third room had broken door lock - we had to be given the key rather than card key. The toilet lid fell off whilst we were there. "Upon arrival, we were greeted by the very charming and professional Jad. The property was stunning, the rooms grand, extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent facilities and a short drive or 20/30 minute walk into Pont-Audemer. We will certainly be visiting again in the future!"

"Hotel was ideal for visiting Honfleur. Plenty of parking and a short 15 minute walk to the old harbour. Breakfast was superb. The only downside for me was our room was at the front and I did not sleep well due to traffic noise. I am sure rooms at the rear would be quieter."

"Absolutely amazing stay. The location could not be better right in the centre of the old town area. The surrounding area had endless shops, cafes and restaurants in amazingly picturesque buildings. "The hotel is a mansion built in the 18th century and the decoration mainly retained the feel of that time. In the room the furniture did show the age but we didn't mind. Our room has a balcony and in the morning you can see the sun coming up to greet you. The hotel staffs are very polite and helpful. The hotel has its own private parking which is convenient if you are driving. The hotel is just 5 minutes walking distance to the old port. I will recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was very clean, nice size rooms and the staff were exceptionally helpful. My room was also equipped with everything I needed for cooking. The staff greeted and offered assistance at every interaction. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the main transit hub. I will definitely stay here again."

"This property is amazing, first thing first it really nice, we arrived late night and trust me it’s worth it for the eyes. The staff on all level is awesome, super friendly and available for you, the rooms are big and have all the amenities you expect from those kind of hotels, easy parking, easy transportation to the center of Deauville and back to the hotel thanks to their shuttle that runs for a large part of the day and night, if you like golf there is a whole green as part of the hotel. The craziest part of it is that when I booked I thought it was a 5 stars hotel but he is actually just a 4 stars but with much much better service and quality that you could get in most 5 stars hotels. .The only inconvenience I could state would be maybe a bigger, more advanced gym but thats about it"

Great stay at a nice price!

"I had a very good stay here and ended up extending my stay for an extra night. It is a good base near the train/bus station for day trips to Êtretat and Honfleur. Refrigerator in the room. You could also base here and do Caen in a day trip. Friendly staff and student vibe with many schools and universities in this area. It is 5 mins walk to the Shopping center at Docks. There is a Lidl grocery there too. "
