"I was not a big fan of La Quinta years ago but they have really stepped up their game! I read the reviews prior to booking and decided to give this location a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The location was very close to Baylor University and restaurants. Parking was free and tons of spots available. ..."

"Looks old and unkept. Floors are dirty. Panel on wall is peeling off and buckled in the room. Our room smells of dog dandar and pee. A dog actually peed on the elevator floor and the owner just left it there. Just disgusting. I would never stay here again"

"Besides them giving another guest a key to my room the stay was great. They fixed the situation in a timely manner. There was rust in the tub though and for a new place that isn’t a good look."
