"Staff were great and helpful. I used the pool and sauna, both clean and good standard. Proper 3 foot single beds in twin room, not half of a double bed. All you can eat breakfast had cooked English, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, deli meats and cheese, croissant type stuff, fruit juices, tea and coffee etc. The place is quite large with many conference rooms, restaurant, bar, outside courtyard, leisure centre also included steam room and gym equipment. Situated among residential housing there are no great views but altogether very good place to stay for access to this south west midlands area. Only minus was chips and flaking paint on the room’s bathroom door. "

"Was delighted with my stay at the Holiday Inn. Everything I needed was within walking distance. The reason for my trip Was to visit the final resting place of Richard III. I was minutes from both the visitors centre and the Cathedral. The hotel immaculate throughout the staff were always incredibly helpful. Bar prices were reasonable too. "

"The room. Was clean tidy and fresh the gentleman on the evening shift was working on his own and was really getting on with it helping everyone and even when I had my hands full with bags and he was busy with customers he stopped to offer me a hand credit to your team I’d definitely stay again "
