"Overall nice stay in the showboat room. Couple things though to mention include that the heat thermostat did not seem to work. We like it a little warmer so we turned it up a bit but the temperature did not change in the room and nor did we hear the heat kick on at all during our stay. It wasn't cold, but it wasn't ideal either -also they only give you a very thin quilt type blanket which during the winter isn't quite enough for me. "It was a beautiful area, especially this time of year. Joan, our hostess, was very friendly and helpful. Her breakfast was wonderful, and there was plenty of everything. If you left there hungry, it would your own fault. The time I was there I felt at home. Joan was fantastic."

"Firstly we’d like to say that the photos do not do the property justice. The place is in a lovely setting surrounded by Cranberry Ponds. "My family and I had a fantastic time during our stay. This was a wonderful home that was exactly as advertised. Clean and up to date, with beautiful views of the water and the seals and sea lions in the morning. Very convenient location that was within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Owner was very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay. "

"Really needs to be updated with curtains and linens and carpet the grill never worked we had to go purchase one of our own ..gas on the stove range did not work the kitchen stuff is outdated dishwasher was dirty .. ..there was no pool table ..the tv in living room did not work ..needs more updated furniture and there is no outdoor sitting area at all .the place has such potential its sad that these little things would make the place so much more .."
