We also had trouble figuring out the washer but Victor helped us out with that. It is a very tiny washer and dryer though. It also was extremely hot and humid and only one bedroom had a air conditioner and not a fan in every bedroom. "The property was truly as listed. Near, clean and nicely set up. The host was thoughtful with the ensuring all the standard necessities were available. AC worked very well! Kitchen had plenty of utensils and tools. The hot tub was amazing! Very clean and new. Our group was 8 adults and a small dog and we were all very comfy. Would definitely visit again and appreciate the host checking in to ensure we were all good We saw deers and bears and really enjoyed the atmosphere overall "
