We needed a couple nights to get away from the crazy, and this place was perfect. Plenty of room, with EVERYTHING we needed for our stay. Quiet, peaceful, and easy access from the nearby rural highway. Definitely our favorite VRBO ever. This host has created an amazing little retreat. We’ll be back!
We had a great time. The cabin was perfect for disconnecting and spending time with family. Ur was super close to a local drive-in movie theatre which was a fun activity to do! The property manager was also super responsive!
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying here! There was plenty to do on the property, including fishing off of the kayaks onto a private pond! So much fun, and very close to outfitters! Not to mention, the cabin and scenery themselves were beautiful! We will definitely be staying here again!
I booked this cabin for myself, my adult daughter and my three Granddaughters. We were celebrating my granddaughter's 9th birthday. The Bunks were what grabbed my attention, having plenty for all of the girls, and myself and their Mama got a bed all to herself! There were plenty of things for the girls to run around and check out. We spent most of a day at South Maumee, on the banks/beach of Buffalo river. Being our first visit we were still just figuring out what could be done and seen! The cabin was amazing. I have been wanting to get a Mini Split as well as tankless water heater, and while we were there the performance of both has convinced me we would do well with them here at home. Communication is top notch with the owners, Jonathon and Kaitlynn are great hosts, and were super fast to respond when I had questions. We had a bit of rain, and frankly, Nonni was wiped out by the time we returned from the river, so we failed to enjoy the kayaks on the pond--but that will be an adventure for another time. You cannot go wrong staying here, their tent sites are great and their camper sites--well I am looking forward to bringing my camper in the future! Super Great place to base your adventure from!
I brought my grandson, daughter and friends to stay for the weekend. It was convenient to the river access. It is not close to a store, even a small one so prepare for that. The property is small private campground. It was well equipped. The beds are very comfortable even the bunks. The host was easy to communicate with.
