Ein erholsamen Urlaub
Ich kann nur sagen top Lage. Die Wohnung hat die besten Jahren hinter sich, es war sehr sauber, dass muss erwähnen.Leider hat uns der Schimmel im Kleiderschrank sehr gestört, einige Decken waren von Wasserschaden betroffen und als wir waren könnte man noch alles erkennen. Sieht nicht schön aus. Aber die Lage top alles und die Umgebung. Vielen Dank für die tolle Kommunikation, das war sehr, sehr gut.

Marseillaise expatriée de retour dans ma ville pour les fêtes, j’ai beaucoup apprécié ce séjour en famille à 4 dans cet appartement. Sa situation est idéale pour son accessibilité (arrêt de bus, métro, accès rapide aux axes routier pour sortir de Marseille) aux commerces, aux plages qui sont à deux pas et au Parc Borely (cher à mes souvenirs d’enfance !). L’appartement est très agréable : lumineux, fonctionnel et bien agencé, nous n’avons manqué de rien pendant cette semaine. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la communication avec Anne toujours très réactive et chaleureuse. Nous reviendrons dans cet appartement avec grand plaisir !

Superbe location en bord de mer
Séjour parfait de 8 nuits en bord de mer. L'appartement est très agréable, (jolie décoration) très bien équipé et propre avec une terrasse (belle vue) pour manger dehors. Pas besoin de véhicule, il est tout proche de la mer, au pied du très beau parc Borely, de toutes les commodités (supermarché, boulangerie, pharmacie… ) ainsi que des transports pour rejoindre le Vieux-Port. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, ideal gelegen, sehr empfehlenswert
Wir haben die Wohnung und unseren Aufenthalt darin sehr genossen und können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, ebenso die gute Lage nahe den Prado-Stränden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem nötigen Besteck, Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Jedes der drei Zimmer hat Zugang zu einem Balkon, bzw. zur großen Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist voll klimatisiert, eine nicht zu unterschätzende Annehmlichkeit während des heißen Sommers in Südfrankreich. Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und weitere Haushaltsgeräte waren vorhanden. Die Internetverbindung über WLAN war schnell und durchgehend verfügbar, mit ausreichender Bandbreite, sodass wir problemlos auch Netflix-Filme auf unseren Tablets schauen konnten. Da wir ein Mietwagen genommen hatten, kam uns der zur Wohnung dazugehörige Parkplatz sehr zugute. Das Wohngebäude liegt in einem abgesperrten Kondominium. Aus dem Hof führt ein separater Fußweg direkt in Richtung Strand, den man in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Um die Ecke gibt es ein Casino-Supermarkt mit langen Öffnungszeiten. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und hilfreich. Als die Klimaanlage einmal einen Schwäche-Tag hatte, wurde schnell ein Techniker organisiert, der diese wieder repariert hat. Daher empfehlen wir die Wohnung vorbehaltlos für einen schönen Urlaub in der Gegend Marseille.

Superbe séjour!!!!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement situé dans une résidence de standing,à priximité de la plage,des commerces,des transports.L'appartement est spacieux,confortable,et très bien équipé.Les propriétaires sont charmants en plus!!!!Nous relouerons avec grand plaisir!!!!!

Une location très agréable, formidablement située
Nous recommandons cette location à qui veut découvrir Marseille sous ses meilleurs côtés. L'emplacement est parfait: la mer à 3 minutes à pied, l'arrêt de bus quasiment en sortant de la résidence (accès au centre-ville, plages et calanques du Sud de la ville, Cassis,... avec l'abonnement RTM 7 jours: chic, chouette et pas cher !). La voiture est quasiment superflue: le petit portillon à l'arrière de la résidence sécurisée permet un accès direct aux commerces. La double exposition est agréable, la lumière entre dans les pièces à toute heure de la journée: c'est appréciable. Quel régal de se détendre sur la terrasse sud. La décoration de l'appartement a été faite avec goût. L'équipement est complet. Dès le 1er contact, Monsieur FABRE a été à l'écoute et les formalités avant séjour ont été très faciles. Une note explicative complémentaire a permis une installation aisée et un apport de petits conseils sympa. Je recommande cette location, sans hésitation. Merci à Madame et Monsieur FABRE !

L´appartement est spacieux,aérien,calme et tr?s bien entretenue.L´avantage est que les arrets du bus comme la plage,le supermarché, les restaurants nombreux etc se trouvent a? proximité de l´appartement.On apprécie l´amabilité et les conseils du propriétaire aussi.En somme,un endroit idéal pour passer les vacances.Ma femme et moi avons passé ici quinze jours tr?s agréable,

Appartement super agréable, dans une résidence sécurisée, très propre, très pratique avec le lave-vaisselle, le lave-linge, la climatisation, les volets électriques, 2 grands balcons, vraiment impeccable. Nous avons apprécié la sécurisation et le parking véhicule dans le parc de la résidence. Endroit calme avec vue sur le Parc Borély et sur la mer, tous les commerces nécessaires à côté. Arrêt de bus à proximité. Propriétaire super sympathique et très attentif au bien-être de ses locataires, accueil chaleureux. Merci au propriétaire pour sa convivialité, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Je recommande cette location en toute confiance.
