Comfortable rooms with access to the great hotel restaurant at all hours. Best meal we had in Marseille was a dinner at the hotel. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Fun and vibrant decor. Short walk to Old Port and most of Marseille. Staff very friendly and able to help us in English. We highly recommend Mama Shelter!

We stayed in Mama's in Paris during our trip as well and unfortunately one will compare. Mama's in Paris is located in an amazing area, beautiful patio with a great restaurant and wonderful menu. The menu in Marseille was limited but the food was great.

The room wasn't very clean with some hair in the basin and on bed duvet. Breakfast brioche was dry. However the location was nice, and the staffs were friendly. I believe it's still nice overall for the price.

Excellent endroit un séjour d’affaires ou personne
Personnel excellent, aimable et gentil. Petit dej au top, ambiance festive en week-end le soir (parfois même un peu de bruit s’échappe jusqu’aux chambres) peut être des gens qui font partie de la fête et séjournent dans le même hôtel. Petit déjeuner 5 étoiles ! Propreté nickel et tout est fait pour respecter la planète !

Très bon accueil au niveau de la réception, par contre grosse déception au niveau du petit déjeuner : un samedi matin a 10h le buffet était presque vide, on nous a servi des cafés froids, et le personnel était particulièrement antipathique, on s'attendait a beaucoup mieux comme service dans un Mama Shelter
