## Emplacement
The 2nd district covers the oldest part of Marseilles, at the North of the Vieux Port (Old Harbour), also with the Panier district. This historical neighbourhood hosts the Grands Carmes City Hall. This district represents the past and the present of Marseille, between history and great atmosphere thanks to the South Docks, the theaters, exhibitions and meeting places.

Great place but tricky stair case not for someone that has problems going up or down stairs. Love the balcony views and was in the middle of shops and restaurants.

This apartment has an amazing location! 10 out of 10! The property needs a new bed because it was super uncomfortable! Also the pillows need to be replaced for sure but there was a lot of charm in this apartment! And it’s nice that you can do laundry. Also more towels need to be provided! Also to note the stair case to actually get up to the apartment is very narrow and steep so if your not in good shape be aware because bringing a suitcase is difficult! Overall I would rate the property 7/10
