Great apt in beautiful location
Comfortable and well equipped. Fabulous view from the balcony. Good location for walking to Cassis and to the lovely Bestouan beach although uphill on the way back and on 2nd floor with no lift so not suitable for less fit or able travellers.

Awesome View. Great Apartment.
The apartment is perfect for a relaxing getaway, yet there is plenty to do in and around Cassis. We could have sat on the porch and enjoyed the incredible view the entire trip. The apartment is as described and has several very nice upgrades—the owner has done a very nice job. His communication was great, and we had no problems. We would stay here again.

De mon expérience avec Abritel je n'ai jamais loué un appartement aussi sale. Jusqu'au moindre couverts. De plus une fenêtre double vitrage était cassé sur l"une des chambre au dessus du lit. extrêmement dangereux. A déconseillé.

Nous avons passés 1 semaine idyllique dans cet appartement très confortable et fonctionnel. La résidence est bien située et les services sont de qualité. Cassis est une magnifique petite ville, très propre et agréable. Tout était parfait. La période de Septembre avec le beau temps en plus, ont contribué à faire de ce séjour, un enchantement. Nous garderons cette adresse en mémoire.

Phantastische Aussicht
Großes Apartment mit phantastischem Ausblick vom Balkon. Mittags knallt die Sonne rein, da macht man gerne die Läden zu, aber nachmittags und abends sehr angenehm. Kurz vor Sonnenuntergang wird das Cap Canaille auf das man schaut angeleuchtet - sieht stark aus. Keine Klimaanlage - aber am Berg gelegen wo meist etwas frischer Wind zur Abkühlung da ist. Liegt in Appartmentanlage mit schönem gemeinsamen Pool sowie Tennisplatz und TT-Platte - Achtung: Schläger und Bälle muß man selber mitbringen. Auch alle Handtücher fürs Appartment. Parkplatz in der Anlage ist dabei. Zum Essen gehen oder zum Strand kann man laufen - ca. 15-20 min bergab und danach muss man halt wieder hoch. Die Strände sind Kiesstrände, d.h. mit Badeschuhen macht es mehr Spaß beim rein und rauslaufen, geht aber notfalls auch ohne. Man kann zu Fuß zur sehr schönen Calanque Port Pin wandern (ca. 1,5h, mittelschwer) und dort baden oder noch weiter zur schönsten Calanque den Veau (ca. 2,5h, schwer, Wanderschuhe nachdrücklich empfohlen!) und dort baden - wunderschön! Alternativ auch per Kajak erreichbar.

Schön renovierte, großzügige Wohnung mit atemberaubenden Panoramablick
Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 1 Bad, 2 Toiletten, 1 großen Wohnküche und großem Balkon im 2. OG eines älteren Wohnblocks in einer privaten Wohnanlage gelegen. Vom Balkon hat man einen fantastischen Blick über Cassis und die Bucht. Das Treppenhaus des Gebäudes ist nicht besonders einladend mit einem muffeligen Geruch und wirklich versifften alten 70er Jahre Teppich. Das Clubhaus durch das man zum Gemeinschaftspool kommt, ist mit dem Treppenhaus vergleichbar. Der Pool ist ein Sportbecken und es gibt keine Liegestühle und kaum Möglichkeit sich am Pool aufzuhalten. Mit kleinen Kindern ist der sehr tiefe Pool ungeeignet, aber zum Bahnen schwimmen perfekt! Die Überraschung, wenn man die modernisierte Wohnung betritt ist umso positiver. Es ist viel Platz für große Familien vorhanden. Die Räume sind sehr geschmackvoll und modern renoviert und die Küche ist exzellent ausgestattet. Kleines Manko: die Dusche ist etwas eng und trotz Renovierung und neuer Ausstattung sind die Fugen am Boden schwarz. Die Tür der Dusche ist nicht dicht und man muss einen Vorleger benutzen um nicht das ganze Bad unter Wasser zu stellen. Generell ist die Sauberkeit für südländische Verhältnisse ok. Es gab einige "Ecken" bei denen man nicht so genau hinschauen durfte. Daher 1 Stern Abzug. Die Kommunikation von der Buchung bis zur Rückgabe hat gut funktioniert und es wurde sich an Absprachen gehalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Appartement très bien équipé et agencé, parfait pour 2 couples et un jeune adulte. Vue magnifique sur le cap Canaille, terrasse bien abritée. Semaine parfaite pour s'éloigner un peu de la grisaille parisienne et découvrir cette très belle région avec les calanques, plages, sites exceptionnels mais aussi profiter de la piscine et des tennis de la résidence.
