Bottom of independent 60m2 villa, 2 bedrooms, large terrace and golf ball

On holiday from your arrival you walk along a vineyard circled a low stone wall to get on a dirt road surrounded by pine trees, olive groves, cypress trees and bougainvilleas. The bottom of villa, very independent, is available on the right side, passing under an olive tree. You will discover a very long flowering and green terrace, followed by a bowls you use only. These spaces are fully independent and disconnected from the main house, so nobody bothers. The apartment is all windows, facing south, toward the outside, so very bright. With a large living room and kitchen on the bottom, fully equipped with high-end hardware, it is a pleasant living room (TV, Hi-FI free) open to the exterior by two large windows. Then, each room has its own access to the terrace that runs all along, one with a double bed 160cm and the other with 2 single beds of 90cm. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and sink, towel heater. The toilet is separated. You will be completely quiet, with a beautiful view over Cassis, surrounded by greenery, lying on your sun loungers.
If you have kids, the playground with swings and cabin is available.

Rustig en fijn appartement
Ligging is perfect voor wie rust wil en op loopafstand naar centrum en strand. Prachtig wandelen vanuit de accommodatie. De bank in de kamer is erg laag, voor wat oudere mensen, zoals wij, wel lastig soms. Jammer dat het uitzicht beperkt wordt door grote bremstruiken. Desondanks hebben we genoten van het buiten zitten en de fijne omgeving.

Es war nicht einfach, das Haus zu finden, weil es sehr versteckt liegt. Dafür war es sehr ruhig und man war ganz für sich. Alles Nötige für einen erholsamen Urlaub ist vorhanden.

moderne Wohnung in ruhiger Stadtnähe
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gepflegt, sauber und modern ausgestattet. Sie liegt etwas oberhalb des eigentlichen Citygebietes in ruhiger Lage hinter einem kleinen Weingut. Zu Fuß ist man in 10-15 Minuten in der City (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Strand, etc. Wir haben unser Auto die ganze Zeit auf dem Grundstück der Vermieter stehen gelassen und alles zu Fuß erledigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, kooperativ und zugleich zurückhaltend, so dass wir eine ganz entspannte Woche in Cassis verbringen konnten. Der Eingang zur Wohnung ist separat und liegt auf einer anderen Hausseite als der Eingang der Vermieter. Die Dusche und die Küche sind sensationell ausgestattet, wenn auch die Filter-Kaffeemaschine (Foto) nicht mehr existiert (dafür aber noch die andere). Die Betten sind sehr bequem und auch in der Länge (2m) super, wenn wir auch keine Bettwäsche vorfanden (aber wir hatten ohnehin unsere eigenen Bezüge dabei). Der Fernseher verfügt zwar über jede Menge Programme, deutsche Sender haben wir allerdings nicht gefunden (was vielleicht für den Urlaub auch von Vorteil war - einmal keine Nachrichten aus Deutschland zu hören und zu sehen ...). Die Lage der Wohnung ist super: sehr ruhig und nach Süd-West ausgerichtet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt als ausgesprochen angenehm empfunden, sehr genossen und uns hervorragend erholt. Deshalb: 5 Sterne von uns.

La tranquillité tout près du centre de Cassis
Bas de villa idéalement situé pour visiter les environs. Le centre de Cassis est à 10mn à pieds. Les propriétaires sont toujours là si besoin. Une petite pétanque en prenant l'apéritif pour terminer la journée après nos visites. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme tout en profitant de l'animation de Cassis à proximité.

Au cœur des vignes
Très bel appartement tout confort, décoration soignée. Appartement climatisé située au Rez de chaussée de la villa, au cœur des vignes, à 20 mn à pied du port de Cassis. Avons passé un agréable séjour. Christine est très disponible et nous a pu nous accueillir dès le midi. Nous avons hâte de revenir !

Sehr schöne und familienfreundliche Wohnung
Wir haben einen Traumurlaub in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbracht! Sie liegt am Berg über Cassis. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Städtetrips, Strandtage und Ausflüge ins Hinterland. Abends kann man die Ruhe auf der gut möblierten Terrasse genießen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Egal, ob in der Küche oder im Bad! Nur die Waschmaschine und den Grill, die in der Objektbeschreibung aufgelistet sind, konnte ich nicht finden. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und gaben uns tolle Tips für unseren Aufenthalt! Auch ein Babybett haben sie uns freundlicherweise zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft definitiv wieder buchen!

Tolle Lage, gute Einrichtung, nette Leute - sehr zu empfehlen
Hier kann / muss man sich einfach wohlfühlen. Schön eingerichtet, alles, was man so braucht, vorhanden. Dusche ok, Bad ok., Matratze ok, Schrankraum ausreichend, alles sauber - damit sind die Grund-Voraussetzungen fürs Wohlfühlen schon mal gegeben. Schlafen bei offener Schiebe-Tür zur Terrasse- super. Jeden Morgen und jeden Abend noch auf der Terrasse die Luft und das Licht genossen. Ab Mittag Sonne bis in den Abend. Und wenn es mal zu heiß ist (bei uns schöne 31 Grad im September), dann wird die Schatten spendende Markise ausgefahren. Dank W-Lan kann man auch die Verbindung nach Deutschland halten - auch das deutsche Fernsehen ist aus der Mediathek abrufbar. Und der DVD-Player ermöglicht es, abends die DVD-Filme zu sehen, die man sich schon lange mal anschauen wollte. Die Lage ist sehr schön - man ist für sich, es ist ruhig, alle Touren sind von hier aus bequem zu machen und man ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß in Cassis. Die Calanques und die Route des Cretes sozusagen vor der Haustür. Und Cassis an sich ist ja traumhaft schön. Der Hafen, das Meer, die Restaurants, die Cafes - Frankreich aus dem Bilderbuch. Und: Sehr nettes Vermieterpaar, sehr freundlich und gleichzeitig unaufdringlich.

Moderne Wohnung mit gehobener Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage
Eine sehr schöne und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Küche ist mit modernen Elektrogeräten ausgestattet und ausreichendem und geschmackvollen Geschirr bestückt. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Hafen von Cassis ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und zurückhaltend. Die Wohnung ist wirklich uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.
