Very nice contemporary studio fully equipped with 24m² + 30m² of garden, in a gated residence opposite the castle, very quiet, close to the city center, the small port, the beach and the train station.

Access to a private swimming pool (mid June to early September) and 2 tennis courts.

30m² garden: Very pleasant for quiet meals in the shade in a small garden with a view of the Château de Sausset. Equipped with deckchairs, parasol and a table with chairs in woven resin.

Description of the studio:
* Shower room: with shower, washing machine and WC.
* Entrance: sleeping area with bunk beds including 2 beds for 1 person.
* Living area: convertible sofa for daily sleeping, LCD TV.
* Kitchen area: dishwasher, oven-grill, ceramic hob, extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all accessories.
* Dining area with table and chairs.
* Storage cabinet with mirror .
* Miscellaneous: ironing board + iron, vacuum cleaner.

Super séjour avec un magnifique accueil. Valérie vous reçoit avec le sourire et reste attentive à vos sollicitations. On se sent immédiatement en vacances… Petit studio bien équipé et correspond exactement au descriptif. Petit bémol, pas de place de parking attribuée, mais on trouve de la place dans la rue. Le studio est conforme aux photos. Le jardinet est très appréciable et très mignon. La résidence aves sa piscine est très calme et très bien située. La propriétaire est très sympathique et accueillante. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Je recommande cette location.

Un bon choix pour les couples et les familles
Nous avons été très bien reçu par notre hôte. Le studio confortable tout équipé et climatisé est idéalement situé proche de la gare, des commerces, de la mer et de la piscine. Sausset est un village agréable, fréquenté par un nombre raisonnable de touristes ! Une adresse à retenir !

Belle région où se trouve Sausset les Pins avec de très belles criques aux alentours pour manger
Le studio que nous avons loué était fonctionnel malgré ses 24m2 Nous avons apprécié la clim par cette canicule Nous avons apprécié aussi le petit jardinet avec sa terrasse pour manger en famille le soir Le lave vaisselle et la machine à laver étaient les bien venus La piscine a 30 a enchanté toute le famille Le manque de place de parking a été très pénalisant surtout avec des gens qui nous surveillaient tout le temps

Que du bonheur!!
J'ai passé un excellent moment à Sausset les Pins..L'appartement est cosy, très fonctionnel, lumineux, entouré de verdure & sans vis à vis... Dès les premières minutes on se sent chez soi. Mme Lheritier est aux petits soins pour faire de votre séjour un moment privilégié... A quelques pas de la Mer, c'est l'endroit idéal pour se ressourcer, marcher, courir, nager, se reposer, lire....profiter de la vie en toute simplicité. J'aspire qu'à une chose aujourd'hui y retourner!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La rénovation a été faite avec goût et nous avons appréciée la climatisation. C'est notre 2ème année dans cette location. Le studio est comme sur les photos et on apprécie le petit tee de jardin. Nous pensons revenir.

Agréable studio « cosy » un vrai havre de paix.
Nous avons passé de superbes et agréables vacances. Petit studio très agréable et paisible avec terrasse et jardin, joliment décoré à 2 minutes du centre de Sausset avec ces animations, restaurants, son port et quelques petits commerces, malgré la proximité le calme y règne. Le studio est très complet en équipements, correspond parfaitement à la description. La propriétaire est (très) disponible et toujours à l’écoute. Pour notre prochain séjour à Sausset, pour autant qu’il soit libre, notre choix est déjà fait.

Appartement très bien situé, juste a côté du port et des premières plages de galet. Plages de sable un peu plus loin mais trés belles. L appartement est fonctionnel avec une très grande terrasse et petit jardin bien agréable et surtout au calme et sans vis à vis. A recommander vivement pour un couple seul ou couple avec 2 jeunes enfants.
