In a quiet neighbourhood, flat in a small residence close to the beach. It is located on the 2nd and last floor. You will find:

- a kitchenette: ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, mini oven, electric coffee maker, dishes...
- an open bedroom with a queen-size bed (dimensions 160x200)
- a bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet
- a loggia with garden furniture
- a parking space (parking closed by a gate 100 meters from the residence).
Possibility of internet access (extra charge). Pets allowed.

Même avec 1 temps quelque peu mitigé nous avons trouvé à explorer les environs de marseillan plage ; tout est très accessible à pieds si l on aime marcher , et la plage est à 200 mètres du logement ! 1 pur bonheur !!

Semaine de vacances à Marseillan au top
Appartement situé dans résidence calme, la mer est proche à 200m, grande plage calme et familiale, point chaud et un restaurant à 100m, commerces et restaurant à 10mn à pied, pas besoin de toucher la voiture, nous avons passé de supers vacances, nous reviendrons l'année prochaine

très proche de la mer excellente vacances
bâtiment en excellent état manque un lave linge dans l'appartement ,dommage aussi pour le parking un peu éloigné et une serrure récalcitrante .
