Ok for a night on move
Typical of the type of chain though did not expect to be low on staff. Meals ok but portions prepackaged and the microwave wave picked well. Staff ok what there were of them

Room had been prepared but not sure how long ago. There were large cobwebs in the room when I entered. The room was tired and needed painting, and modernisation.

One of our rooms infested with cockroaches. 4 had to sleep in one room with beds together. Very uncomfortable!!!! If you stay stuff the space under doors otherwise you will have hundreds of unwanted extra guests!!!

Not very dog friendly
Not very dog friendly. We tried to get a glass of wine in the lounge area beside the restaurant in the early afternoin but where told that dogs are not allowed. We where alone in the restaurant... Anyways, we turned to the restaurant Hippopotamus next door for a full dinner instead and they welcomed us and the dog, so no money but only badwill to the Capanile who lists at Hotels.com as "dog friendly"

Sejour d une nuit de passage, bien situe. Hotel vieillot mais propre, porte de la salle de bain qui ferme mal, (bruyante). Le plus les volets. Le moins pas de douche, une baignoire. Tres bon petit dejeuner bien garni. Et bon accueil.

Bon accueil et disponibilité Baignoire avec robinettterie défectueuse ( interrupteur pomme de douche démonté et donc difficile de prendre une douche) il m’aurait fallut une ( pince multiple) En partant ce matin j’ai tenté d’en parler à la femme de ménage qui ne parlait pas français, donc difficile. Escalier extérieur très mal entretenu et sale

Directeur du campanile intolérant aucune compation qui sait comment faire du bénéfice. Soit j avais fait une erreur de date mon malheur et que cette periode etait non annulable remboursable. Ces dates étaient du 5 au 6. Malheureusement j ai du changer les dates du 8 au 9 septembre que nous avons effectue dans le même établissement. Il a refusé tout geste pour le remboursement. Du coup une nuit nous a coûté 160 euros et nous etions loin du palace..
