Brand new apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The accommodation is equipped with 1 double bedroom with storage bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and armchair. The room is in Shabby chic style. The kitchen is modern with an extendable table 4 chairs, a fold-out sofa bed with an 18cm mattress to be much more comfortable and comfortable. Fridge, new utensils and cookware, coffee machine LAVAZZA A MODO MIO, Smart tv with attached cable, Wii fi. The bathroom is modern with a suspended sink and a large shower head. The house is equipped with a boiler, air conditioning, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, sheets and towels. In addition, the residence has a smoking area and a relaxing patio
