This is a bluestone farmhouse located on a plot on the outskirts of the village of Marsac sur Don. The authentic furnishings enhance the charm of the house, so you can feel completely at home here with your family members.
The garden invites your children to play and romp with your dog. Near the house you will find all the amenities of daily use. Local farmer's markets are held every week, inviting you to discover the regional gastronomy.

For nature lovers, this vacation home is made for you, as there is a serene atmosphere and numerous hikes are also possible in the area.
Perfectly located to explore the region, you can discover the cities of Nantes and Rennes and the castles of the Loire or relax on the most beautiful beaches of the region, such as Penestin or Pornic, which are 40 minutes away.
