"When we checked in, the washer wasn’t connected, the faucet sink was loose, and the bathtub hadn’t been cleaned. I reported it to the front desk late at night, and they moved us to a different room the next day. I really appreciate how they resolved the issues. The staff were very kind and ..."

A little bit expensive. Walking back and forth between the rooms and the restaurant and the diving center is sometimes exhausting. An internal phone can be useful.

Marsa Alam is definitely amazing, but not if you spend it all in the hotel, because we went on safari trip and it was wonderful, also sea trips are amazing, but if you're looking for a town where u can have a walk anytime, thrn you can go to Hurghada
