"The staff was super friendly and quick. Poole and facilities were efficient and always ready. The food was above average, same like every all-inclusive resort I’ve been to. I recommend it for a quiet stay although there was a kids aqua park too but we haven’t tried it. Regarding the weather I guess Marsa Alam is best in October and November. They said they have one heated pool of the three. Room service wasn’t impressive. Make sure they attend to your needs."

"Amazing experience, very good and well-staffed team and manager Mr Wael pays great attention to every detail. I do travel worldwide and particularly in Egypt across the red sea and i have never came across a great hotel like Jaz Amara. Not to forget about the all inclusive option which was amazing as well. "This place is the best hotel in the world due to the incredible staff… Mossab, Nour, Said and Mohammed (ocean blue) were just so kind and made our stay outstanding. The pools, beach, food and rooms were all outstanding… can’t wait to come back."

"Everything was fantastic tbh, i recommend that hotel for my friends.. i and my brothers had enjoyed by our condition there .. starting from the reception guy was friendly with us to the housekeeper was so clean and the food is very testy and the chifs are experts .. the only report is gonna be for the animation team and with specific one ( Samy ) was very uncooperative with us he was playing only no egptyian songs and when he sees us dancing with the egyptian song he fastly change the song but...

"i face different problems with ny stay my booking downgraded without my request and i altrady paid for the full service. the marine on the sea not working so i can't swim on the see and i get different injuries because of that. the animation team was nice "

"Liked: large rooms, quiet, varied choices at meals, food was delicious Dislikes: bathroom had urine smell. I propped door open and smell wasnt as strong but was still there. Also, the resort is so big, it felt impersonal and cold"

"Abbiamo passato una settima in questa meravigliosa struttura, tanto meravigliosa che abbiamo prenotato in altra settimana prima ancora di ritornare in Italia. Struttura molto pulita e personale sempre gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta, soprattuto il referente italiano Hyatam . Molta varietà per quanto riguarda le pietanze a base di carne , qualità nella media. Animazione coinvolgente nelle varie attività giornaliere. Nota di merito a Mido il nostro animatore di fiducia 😂. "When we checked in, the washer wasn’t connected, the faucet sink was loose, and the bathtub hadn’t been cleaned.
