Owner at Domaine Akhdar II rents directly. Villa Jannah with a 240 m² supercie is located in the direction of Ouarzazate, near the Royal Golf Courses, Amelkis Al Maaden, 15 kilometers from Marrakech. Built on a plot of 1300 m² fully fenced, secure and not overlooked.

Ideal place to spend a dream vacation! Heated swimming pool (12 X 5) (optional depending on season) and private and maintained garden, automatic watering so as not to be disturbed, planted with coconut palms, bougainvilleas, olive trees, roses, laurels. You have a housekeeper from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (except Sunday), linens, pool towels provided. Tennis court, children's play area 1 minute from the villa (villa closest to the whole area).

Fabulous place!
Villa is even more beautiful than the pictures. There are several out door courtyards and a different beautiful view out every window. I have never had such a wonderful pool setting and we have rented dozens of VRBO houses over the years. To be clear, this house is not overlooked in any way. I wasn’t sure from the pictures but it is really true —walls surrounds the entire villa. Amina, the housekeeper, is a gem and a fabulous cook!

We stayed in Villa Jannah during week 8 - Mid Feb 2018 with our two daughters (ages 11 and 16). The whole stay from prompt reply to my initial enquiry to final transportation to the airport was excellent. We also enjoyed a lovely weather during our stay which might have helped😊 All in all the Villa is in great condition, daily housekeeping and fridge full of beverages made the stay very pleasant. Decor is plain but elegant. We did not hire a car, but used Yussef’s services. He is a great driver and a guide. We also booked the pool heating which I strongly recommend during off-season. Le Jardin de Touhina has a small Club house (bar & snacks) & Spa/Hammam – which I also recommend.

Villa à l extérieur trés bien entretenu par le jardinier de façon quotienne et à l intérieur par Houda ( personne souriante et à l 'écoute) qui a su nous faire déguster de merveilleux plats locaux. Piscine agréable dans un cadre verdoyant et Villa très bien équipé. A refaire
