Authentic old world charm with warm caring staff
My wife and I spent a wonderful four days exploring Marrakesh from what seemed like our home away from home Riad Sidi Benslimane. From the moment we arrived at this wonderful old world Riad, Mohamed and Bouchra couldn’t have been warmer or more helpful. Each morning we were treated to a delicious home made breakfast and smiling faces. Mohamed and Bouchra are kind, gentle and gracious hosts and we would highly recommend a stay in this wonderful Riad

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Horrible stuff with horrible service.
The place is imposible to find by yourself. The hotel only offers you to pick you up at the Airport for 15EUR which is too much for Morocco. In case you have to find the hotel by yourself it is IMPOSSIBLE. Once we arrived to the hotel thanks to a local guide who was harrassing me, there ceptionist did not even help me with the guide. On top of all, the receptionist did confused our Booking and gave us another room.... but he decided to change our stuff from one room to another without our concern or approval....TOTALLY HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AND SERVICE.
