Stunning newly renovated East Side home just 200 steps to the beach and bike path. Enjoy all that Marquette has to offer with walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, bars, parks, university and hospital.

Perfect for entertaining, the main floor boasts an open concept featuring two sitting areas, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a gas fireplace. In addition , there are also two bedrooms and one bath conveniently located on the main level.

The lower level features an additional living room with sectional sofa and tv, laundry room, bedroom, and full bath.

For all of your outdoor entertainment our home has decks located on both front and back. The front deck has a table for 4 and the large back deck includes a gas grill, picnic table, and comfortable seating.

Very nice home in a centralized location for everything in Marquette. Home was spotless, had everything we needed, comfortable, roomy and felt high quality. Dore our host was very friendly and communicative. Would love to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay during the Noque weekend. Close to everything with ample room and even toys for our kids to play with! Dore was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great Marquette visit during a long weekend for three couples. House was very nice, clean, quiet, and plenty of room. My wife and I came up to visit our son who is a student at NMU and our friends came along. Good location, well stocked, we would stay again.

Graduation Weekend
We stayed during NMU graduation weekend. The location is close to the Dome and fun spots to hangout. It was great for entertaining. Plus the double oven came in really handy when preparing meals.

Super cute and clean property with the sweetest owner, Dore. It feels like a bed and breakfast with the hospitality, unexpected refreshments, and supplies (laundry soap, coffee, shampoo, etc.). Every inch of the home feels welcoming and is nicely decorated. We will definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and just like the advertised photos. We loved the big dining room table that we could all come together at! The location was great for the morning walks on the beach. Dore was a incredibly gracious and generous host. I came up to visit my son at NMU. The house is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The kitchen was stocked really well. The beach is a short walk down the street which was really great as well as quick access to the walking path to town. I would highly recommend this house any time of year.

Mother's Day 2024
We celebrated 3 generations of mothers, with my mom 95 yrs old to our daughter 37 yrs old.The rental was PERFECT. Dore made sure the grill was moved to the deck and the rental was fully stocked with EVERYTHING..it felt like HOME! Exceptionally clean! Loved it!
