Unique because it is located on the shore of Lake Iseo with a breathtaking view, in a corner of Marone that enjoys a particular mild microclimate even in the cold months. Neat and furnished garden and patio allow you to enjoy the house even in the open air. Far from traffic, peace and tranquility are the watchword, let yourself be lulled into a warm embrace by Lake Iseo. Two stylishly furnished bedrooms complete with wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside tables, large bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower, living room with sofa and armchairs, TV, full kitchen, patio with table, chairs and umbrella for outdoor dining garden with comfortable deckchairs, a few meters from the public beach and the lake, a few meters from the public parking, a few meters from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, clubs, railway station. Very well located, nice appartment, perfect hospitality

I definitely recommend this address. Both appartments are nicely decorated and comfortable. Matteo and his family make are perfect hosts. A beach is near the house, nice garden, patio to chill and play some billiard. Parking nearby, and we hardly used pur car as in Marone there is trainstation and the boat stops almost in front of the house. A place to come back !
