"The staff was very communicative. The rooms and apartments are great, clean and comfortable. The floors of the building could have a better care of, like the carpets on different floors. It is very centric and has the metro station right in front and several restaurants near by. Totally recommend. "

"Was excellent value for money, room very basic but beds sink, table and a few hooks, but for a couple of nights thats all you need. Toilets and showers are on the same floor. The only thing i would fault reception staff very unfriendly, the only staff member that actually smiled at us is the gentleman looking after breakfast, very nice and friendly, asset to the hotel. Would recommend. "

"Check in and check out was very easy and efficient, bag storage was clean and simple to follow (a little expensive for leaving a bag for a few hours). We were on a flying visit so didn't venture into the restaurant or use many of the amenities but its a beautiful and convenient location. Very well sound proofed when windows were shut, you could not hear any of the outside noise (of which there were many). My one concern is that the windows open fully and there was nothing in place to stop anyone from jumping/falling from them."

"Overall excellent hotel, great location near the metro and bus stations. Not that far from main attractions on public transportation. The area felt safe and has plenty of cafes and restaurants near by, also shopping options and supermarkets. The only negative was the central heater at night, it did get warm so if you are sensitive to heat bring summer pajamas even if it is winter. I recommended this hotel, great value for the price. "
