"The hotel was very well kept and the staff were really friendly. The bedrooms were lovely and clean. Beds comfy and room were lovely and warm when we arrived back from freezing temperatures. The breakfast was great for a quick bite before hitting the parks. The free shuttle runs very often from around 8am to the parks. Do bear in mind though that the shuttle from the Disney Parks can get very crowded at the end of the day. Lots of taxi drivers trying to get you back for €20. You can book an Uber for about €11/12 euros or it is walkable in around 20mins to 30 mins. Would definitely stay again"

"Hotel is really lovely, huge so it can be a trek to your room, we ate and drank in the bar area a few nights and that was lovely, it’s the perfect location for the parks, just a little walk around the lake and you’re there, the shop inside was great, we will be back "

The breakfast buffet is included in the room rate and very good! Shuttle to Disneyland was very helpful and appreciated. Staff was helpful and kind. "

"Was nice and warm in the room. Room was enough for two adults. More channels in the Tv would be nice. Disney plus would have done while chilling out in the evening after the park has shout. "

"A short stay so didn’t spend a lot of time there but really pleasantly surprise. This is an expensive hotel that feels like an expensive hotel, unlike some of the other expensive theme park hotels we’ve stayed in. Loved the bar particularly! "
