"My expectations were set by the description and images which show a terrace and describe multiple rooms. That describes a hotel to me, but what you actually get is a room elsewhere in the town down an alleyway. It was fine, but not what i thought i booked. I never saw the terrace (a big part of the reason i booked) and am not sure it's even there, and nearly didn't find the location for check in as its up a hidden alley off the main street with no clear signage. "Less than 5 minutes walk from metro station. Hotel was bright, clean, well maintained and quiet. Good size room and bathroom. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Area around the hotel doesn’t look very nice but only ever saw people walking their dogs or going into the market opposite the hotel so always felt safe. "

"This was a great location on a quiet street that had numerous restaurants and bars but didn't feel busy. The check-in was sent ahead of time, so our very late arrival was not an issue. Parking was a little odd but once we figured it out it was very easy and secure. The breakfast option was just right. The room was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this location."
