The property manager was very responsive and friendly - even helped us set up a large catered family gathering on the premises. The only thing we didn't realize is that it is not a stand alone villa - the property manager and her family live on the premises. There was a great balcony with a large table and seating area where you could see beautiful sunset views. The kitchen had everything you need and then some.
