"Absolutely awful, so bad I didn’t stay there. As a single woman I felt unsafe. The door didn’t lock and the receptionist expected me to stay in the room anyway. There was clearly deals happening that showed it wasn’t just a hotel for sleeping in. I had to pay for another hotel and didn’t receive a refund. It ruined my trip."

"Firstly location was excellent, town centre, view magnificent, breakfasts excellent as were the staff. Our disappointment was the small size of the room, no hooks, only two very tiny drawers, only one wardrobe with one half only opening as other side jammed by bedside cabinet. It was difficult finding places where to put our belongings. Having said that we did enjoy our stay."

"We spent a wonderful week at Villa Saranda. The views from the two large patio areas were breathtakingly beautiful. Verda and her husband were lovely hosts, and arranged a wonderful hike/lunch for us with a local farmer. It is in a perfect location, close not only to the beach and restaurants in Sogut, but also to other towns nearby such as Bozburun and Selimiye. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is secluded. No alternative restaurants or bars in the area. The bar in the hotel rests only serves drinks at dinner. It is however, a beautiful place surrounded by green mountains, a marina and beautiful sunsets. The staff were friendly, kind and helpful. They happily coordinated transportation for me when needed. I used a taxi to visit old town Marmaris which is a 25-30 min drive from the hotel. If you are looking to have access to restaurants or entertainment this will not be the...
