I couldn't attend due to bereavement and advised them with plenty of notice. They simply ignored me. It’s out of season and they had the whole hotel empty. No compassion was shown and all for £200.

Memnun kaldık
Gayet sıcak bir karşılama, akşam yemeği servisleri, kahvaltısı herşey çok güzeldi. İlgi alaka çok memnun kaldık oda gayet yeterli ihtiyaç olan herşey mevcut hayvan severler bu çok güzel yolumuz düşerse tereddütsüz yine kalabileceğimiz bir yer fiyatları da uygun güzeldi:)))

Konum ve fiyat performans olarak iyiydi. Personeller ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Kahvaltı doyurucuydu ancak biraz daha geliştirilebilir. Bahçe ve restoran atmosferi keyifliydi, odamızın manzarası güzeldi. Odayla ilgili bir kaç detay belirtmek istiyorum. Yatak başlığı çatlaktı ve gıcırdadığı için bizi biraz tedirgin etti ancak iki gece konakladığımız için sorun etmedik. Genel anlamda temizdi. Banyodaki bataryaların paslı ve kireçli olması pek hoş değildi. Banyodaki havlu askısının yeri duşa ters kalıyordu. Aynı şekilde ana prizlerin yeri çok ters olduğu için kettle ı çok zor kullandık (tek başucunda priz olduğu için de ikinci telefonu aynı anda şarj edemedik). Bu minik detaylar gözden geçirilse gayet samimi ve sakin bir ortama sahipti.

İki aile gittiğimi palmiye Hotelde 3 gün kaldık ve konum olarak güzel bir yerdeydi önünüz marina kız kumu plajı yürüme mesafesindeydi kahvaltı açık büfe değildi ama zaten olmaması daha iyi oldu çünkü serp kahvaltı düzeyinde bir masa kuruluyor sabahları yumurtası size özel pişiyor sigara böreği yumurtalı ekmek çeşitli peynirler eşliğinde çayınıza kadar masaya hizmet veriliyor biz gayet memnun kaldık tavsiye ederiz ve bu arada Dudu hanım ve Mehmet beye Güler yüzleri ve hoş davranışları İçin teşekkür ederi..

Hem oda konforu hem kahvaltısı hem personelin ilgisi her şey çok güzeldi. Yolum düşerse tekrar konaklayacağım bir otel. Fiyat olarak da bir yaz dönemine göre bize makul geldi. Hatta buralara doyamayıp 1 gün daha uzattık tatilimizi :) her konuda yardımcı olan personellerine ve genel olarak Palmiye Otel’e çok teşekkür ederiz.

İlk geldiğimizde oda ile ilgili sorunlar yaşadık fakat bizim için hızlıca ilgilendiler. Hizmet kalitesi gayet güzeldi. Çalışanlar hep güler yüzlüydü ve hayvanları çok seviyorlardı. Otel genel olarak kafa dinlenebilecek, çok sakin bir yerdi.
