Sorry für die netten jungen Leute die versucht haben das Hotel zu managen. Aber das Gewerbe bedarf bitte mehr Erfahrung! Man kommt als Urlauber und möchte seinen Urlaub genießen und sich nicht mit unnötigen Sachen beschäftigen. 1. Anreise /Checkin: wir haben 1 Stunde bei gefühlt 40 Grad warten müssen, um einzuchecken, weil das ungelernte Personal nicht in der Lage war unsere ausländischen Personalien aufzunehmen. 2. Zimmer mit 4 Personen: Eine Zumutung wir haben extra richtig viel Geld gezahlt damit wir Ruhe haben, Ergebnis im Zimmer kann man noch nicht mal einen Koffer aufmachen. 3. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Das prüft man vor Ankunft der Gäste 4. Handtücher: Waren neu und waren ungewaschen so das man sich vor Fusseln noch mal abduschen musste. 5. Frühstück: einfachster Standard für türkische Verhältnisse, keine Extras 6. völlig überteuert für das was man bekommt…
