The space
This modern family home is the perfect stay for those visiting Marlow and the surrounding areas. The house benefits from a large open plan kitchen area, adjoined by a light and airy dining space located next to a set of patio doors. A cosy snug also connects to the kitchen at the front of the house. The house is located on a quiet residential road, looking out over a large park.

- Marlow town centre is a short walk away via quiet residential streets. Marlow has a fantastic variety for quality shops, restaurants and pubs
- Marlow News is the nearest local shop, which is only a 2 minute walk
I won't be around in person during your stay, however, I have help managing my property, with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My house is professionally cleaned, the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
We offer a remote self check-in facility to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
Guest access
Guests will have undisturbed access to the entire property during their stay. Although a downstairs room will be locked and not for guest use (this room is in addition to those listed, and therefore not advertised)
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.
Other things to note
- We do accept dogs (however please communicate this to the booking team, if you are indeed bringing a dog)
- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind, and are conscious of maintaining good relationships with our neighbours.
- The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with remote access details.
- Mid-stay cleaning/linen can be organised on request for an additional charge, and is required for longer stays up to 30 days.
- We provide single-use toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, washing machine tablets, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there are several supermarkets close by

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
