"We often stop at this restaurant as the food is excellent. The accommodation is very basic. Clean and comfortable. Having to walk through the master bedroom to use the bathroom in the night is rather awkward. There was LOTS of mold on the bathroom ceiling. "

"Hennie's rest is a lovely boutique B+B style (sans breakfast) with a kitchenette, a sitting area and a bedroom. The patio is splendid and overlooks the crocodile river, teeming with wildlife. We had close and memorable experiences with elephants that come over to grab a drink off the crocodile river and sometimes pay the locals a visit. The hostess is splendid ad very helpful. "I booked a Deluxe Quadruple Room, (2 Bedrooms 2 Queen Beds Room for 4 guests (up to 3 children), but surprisingly i was taken to a double room. Not sure why i was taken to a double room when it was not booked. This was the second time i stayed as the 1st time was very pleasant. unfortunately the situation has changed within a period of one month and did not feel the same level of hospitality. it was an ideal stopover guest house for us but having doubts now to stay again. "
