"First, as travelers from the US, we are used to having a lot of space. This house had plenty of it and it was perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean and Christian was super nice and responsive. We would return without question. We had a car rented which I highly recommend. Now…Keintzheim…what a gem. This cute little town was great. 2 amazing restaurants, walkable, and very residential. It is very much different than surrounding towns. We found if we wanted to “go out” we would go to...

"At first the owner could not meet us the agreed at check-in time. We had to protest in order to check-in as planned. The we were criticised for the state of the property, by mail after we had left , - the owner were not present at check-out time. We had only slept, eaten breakfast and showered."

Laundry facilities were excellent Handwashing in second bathroom appeared to be diluted. Insufficient toilet paper provided for a 5 day stay for 4 people. It would have been good to have more information provided in binder in English and also directions provided for supermarkets within walking distance."

Wir haben es nicht reklamiert, da wir ihn nicht gebraucht haben, deshalb beschwere ich mich nicht. Olivier hat auf alle Nachricht schnell geantwortet und ist uns mit einem späteren Check out entgegen gekommen. Es war im Haus alles wie beschrieben und es gab eine toll ausgestattete Küche, in der wir für bis zu 12 Personen gut kochen konnten."

"After visiting the Alsace a few times now, we wanted to find a property that would provide us walking access to a picturesque village with restaurants and bars, to have a space where we could sit outside and enjoy views, but have privacy, to be able to park our car very close, and to stay in a Gite that provided all the mod-cons and comfort that we are used to. "We rented the property for a week. We came from the US and were pleasantly surprised. The place was wonderful, clean and had all that was needed. Mr. Sittler was attentive and very nice. "Good sized room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the old city center, which was perfect to view the Christmas decorations and Christmas markets. We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. Decor in room was nothing special, but overall, the hotel was good value for the money."
