"Fascinating architecture -- a textile factory that's been done up. It has exposed ceilings and huge windows. It's clean and the bed is comfortable and the staff are kind and the kitchen was well-equipped, except for the coffee maker. I loath the 'expresso' makers that require a coffee capsule - it's just super-expensive instant coffee that gives you the fake feeling that you're a barista, and the resulting cup is disappointing. "I was disappointed that the air conditioning wasn’t working and spent my stay sweating instead of relaxing. It is not fair for the amount of money I paid to not have AC in a super hot room. House keeping didn’t even change the towels or gave shampoo or soap. They went in fixed the bed and left "

"Check-in and the reception service were fine. The breakfast in the morning was great. The room, however, reeked of smoke and was really dated. I’m not sure how they justify €200 per night. The location is lovely and great for a restful break. We stopped off for a day off on a trip around Germany as we knew it would be hot. "We loved our stay in this charming modern property. The list of positives; room had AC as it was hot during our stay. Appreciated the daily small bottles of complimentary water! Shopping in delicious dinning were walking distance as well as the Sancucci park and castles. Public transportation was at the corner. The room was non smoking. The bed was comfortable. Daily breakfast was optional we chose to eat at the local restaurants. Desk staff was always so helpful a cordial. Shower water purified. Credit option at the bar or restaurant for not changing the linens everyday. Small inconvenience -The restaurant and bar did not stay open late. Thank you for a comfortable and memorable stay! "

Loved it!

"I was so impressed with how beautifully equipped the kitchen was, complete with dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, electric kettle and every kind of dish, pot and pan, or utensil one could want. The bathroom was extremely large and modern, and the rest of the room was nicely furnished and comfortable for sleeping, dining, or sitting around. A safe is provided and there's plenty of storage, hangers, etc. Free tea and coffee and always available in the lobby. The location is also great. There's the Charlottenhof train station just steps away, it's an easy walk to Sansoucci and the other palaces, and shopping is also close by. Even the main train station is a walkable distance away. In the 3 days we were there, no one came to clean the room, but I prefer it that way. I assume if we had needed fresh towels or sheets for a longer stay that we could have asked for them. It's almost like living in an apartment, though, and I liked that! I'd definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it. "
