"A great hotel modern and well designed using quality finishes. Room was very comfortable with a roomy well appointed bathroom, comfortable bed and room to spread out. Complimentary refreshments and drinks in the room were an unexpected surprise and nice touch. The staff are very trendily and helpful making your stay even more enjoyable. Location is spot on next to Waverley station and a stones through from the Royal mile, Princes St, Castle and everything Edinburgh has to offer. Would highly reccemmend"

We loved the carafe in our room that we could fill up as needed, lovely little Scottish biscuits provided along with the usual tea and coffee. Very centrally located and friendly helpful staff. And a fabulous view of Edinburgh Castle! "
