Both the hotel and restaurant staff are sincerely caring about the quality of service they deliver to guests. On top of that the Schwarzmatt is a lovely property, meticulously maintained. "Hotel Krone was just “ok”. I thought that the price was high for a ok hotel outside of tourist season (February). Hotel was nicely clean and comfortable. Arrived after 10 pm so had to make special arrangements to get key and find room but hotel was accommodating and helps to do this. "
