It is located between Louth, Horncastle and Market Rasen with its world-famous racecourse, excellent range of restaurants, pubs, shops and market. Horncastle is renowned for its antique shops and is only a short drive, as is the unspoilt Georgian town of Louth with two busy market days a week. A visit to the sandy beaches at Mablethorpe and Skegness is always worth a day out. The cathedral city of Lincoln, some 15 miles to the west , is rich in history combined with independent boutique shopping, great arts and culture and many places to eat and drink. Within 30 yards of the barn is a well-stocked trout lake for fly fishing and with 40 acres to walk around, there is plenty of opportunity to exercise yourself and your dogs. Stabling is available for your horse by arrangement with the owners. The Barn comes complete with a large open-plan living area with log burner making it ideal for family get-togethers and celebrations with a second sitting area complete with pool table adjacent.
