"The bathrooms needs renovation especially the toilets are very old. It would be much better if not only 6 person can stay like 8 or 10 so even two families can be there and split the cost. We really enjoyed the view and the hut tub. Driving to Yosemite takes 1,5 hour due to traffic at the entrance. "

"We loved Peter’s place for our trip to the Yosemite MARIPOSA Grove area. The house was appealingly decorated and equipped with all we needed, immaculate, and beds VERY comfortable. We enjoyed the lovely views during morning coffee, reasonableDrives to the places of interest we visited all day, enjoyed family meals back at the house and stargazed in the hot tub each evening. "Absolutely loved this adorable little inn! We were in room 9, on the backside of the house where they have check-in. Don’t let the idea of it being Mariposa’s oldest hotel scare you away - it has been updated, with much of its vintage charm left intact. Perfect location for walking to the cute little shops and restaurants downtown. My only reason for doing a “4” for “condition” was that the room’s door was a little hard to close, plus lugging suitcases up/down the wet patio steps was cumbersome. I would stay at this quaint little inn again in a heartbeat."
